David DeAngelo’s book covers a lot of topics, but the ones I found most interesting were:

• being yourself
• differences between the sexes
• dispelling myths and misconceptions

Should you just being yourself?

David talks about that most guys should not try to be yourself, but instead be the best self he needs to be. I know of a lot of men out there who try to be themselves and fail at getting women, that’s why it’s so vitally critical that they learn how to become attractive to girls first. So you need to stop being yourself for a while and learn how to get girls, then make that be your true self!

What are the distinctions in relation to the gender roles between the sexes?

David DeAngelo does a great job at explaining the difference between guys and girls, and he also tells you that a lot of men in our modern world are confused about the roles they should play in terms of gender types. In today’s society, guys have been brainwashed by television and movies. I don’t know why, but for some reason some men think they need to be nice guys to get girls. That is the point where things start to go wrong and problems begin. Girls like boys who act like boys. But since a lot of guys are confused now they act like women. That’s a big part of the reason as to why some guys don’t get women, because they don’t act like a man, but instead act like women!

Misconceptions dispelled

Society has given the impression to men that in order to get women they need to be either, tall, handsome, rich or powerful. This is not true and clearly false. This is because having these qualities all serve to present to the women that a guy with this things have a higher social value. Having materialist objects is not a requirement to show that you have a high social status. David DeAngelo also goes into specifics on how you can incorporate these aspects into your own persona so you don’t need to be rich, famous or a rockstar to be successful with women!
