Blogsfortraffic.com is an established site that was registered in 2006. It’s primarily been used as a newsletter building and a resource for my other readers if they needed a tutorial on how to use WordPress.
There are over 650 active e-mails in the newsletter currently.

WP LOCAL LISTING is a membership script that will allow YOUR users to populate a wordpress blog with local business listings based on keywords. They can target cities, states, and specific keywords. You know local seo is big right now – this is how you sell shovels to the gold miners!
Uses the yahoo api and it can do 100k queries a day with no problem at all. In fact your hosting will probably crash before you run out of calls to yahoo!

In 2010 it was turned to a freebie product not because it didn’t have value, but I personally hate marketing side of “IM”. I’d intended to sell the site off to someone who enjoyed that type of thing – and well I never got around to it.
There are about 500 e-mails still current and active in the newsletter/update list that can be transfered to the new owners Aweber account.
You could keep this as a free script and just promote it to gather e-mail addresses or you could turn it back into a paid script. Totally your call. There are operations, and installation videos that literally show how to install, use, and manage the script. The new owner won’t need much more than the ability to run wordpress/aweber. New features can be handled by any competent php programmer.
The new owner can feel free to “borrow” any materials we’ve written over at blackhatdigest.com in regards to rss rebound as well.
